We offer all of our members the ability to test out our facility and training programs to ensure we are a good fit together. If you are happy with the progress that you are seeing, then we will offer you a 12 month membership program tailored to your individual goals. These programs will be adjusted every 4-weeks to ensure they are always in line with your goals as you progress.
Probably not. As long as you have a good pair of exercise shoes, you’ll be good to go. However, sometimes clients find that certain workout gear (such as weightlifting shoes or weightlifting belts) helps make training more enjoyable. Our coaches will always be more than happy to discuss what gear is worth the investment based on your individual goals.
Small group training a 1 hour long training session with a member to coach ratio of 4:1. This allows us 4 individuals to work through their own unique training programs under the guidance and supervision of a single coach. Small group training combines the knowledge and guidance you’ll receive from 1-on-1 training with the energy and motivation that comes from being in a group setting.
This is entirely dependent on your individual goals. Our facility is outfitted to allow for a variety of exercises that can promote weight loss, strength, or general conditioning. Our training programs may include barbell, kettlebell or body-weight exercises in conjunction with any necessary cardio.
