Salvador Solis

Owner / head coach

Salvador is the founder and head coach of Watchdog Strength. Sal gained a passion for physical fitness while he served as a Paratrooper with the US Army’s 82nd Airborne Division. His time as a Paratrooper made him appreciate the benefits and joy of physical training. Sal has spent the last 10 years experimenting and learning about various training modalities. This has led him to have a personal passion for barbell training. But, he also understands that a variety of exercises and programs are necessary to achieve long term fitness and health goals.

Cristy Solis

owner / Marketing manager

Cristy has always enjoyed sports and staying active outdoors. Her interest in physiology and helping others led her to become a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for 5 years. Cristy later embraced her creative side and transitioned into media. She now specializes in online video and marketing strategies.

We have month to month, 6 month, and 12 month memberships. We will be happy to discuss all available options to find out what is right for you.

Probably not. As long as you have a good pair of exercise shoes, you’ll be good to go. However, sometimes clients find that certain workout gear (such as weightlifting shoes or weightlifting belts) helps make training more enjoyable. Our coaches will always be more than happy to discuss what gear is worth the investment based on your individual goals.

Small group training classes are limited to six people per class. This allows individuals to work through their own unique training programs under the guidance and supervision of a coach. Small group training combines the knowledge and guidance you’ll receive from 1-on-1 training with the energy and motivation that comes from being in a group setting.

This is entirely dependent on your individual goals. Our facility is outfitted to allow for a variety of exercises that can promote weight loss, strength, or general conditioning. Our training programs may include barbell, kettlebell or body-weight exercises in conjunction with any necessary cardio.
