What We Offer


1 on 1 Personal Training

Private 1 on 1 personal training sessions that are customized for your needs and goals. You’ll meet with a coach to determine your fitness goals and we’ll design a personalized fitness program

Small Group Training

Small Group Training provides members with the attention and customization of 1 on 1 training, while still getting the benefit and motivation that comes from working out with others. Groups are limited to 4 members per 1 coach.

Time Crunch Cardio

Too many people stop going to the gym because they don’t have the time. Time crunch classes are designed with busy people in mind. These 30-minute classes are meant to allow our members to get in, get the work done, and get back to their lives.

Lose Fat

Lose fat and keep it off with healthy and sustainable habits. Instead of focusing on a single number on a scale, we'll be able to track body fat, muscle mass, and water weight with a body composition analysis.
