Probably not. As long as you have a good pair of exercise shoes, you’ll be good to go. However, sometimes clients find that certain workout gear (such as weightlifting shoes or weightlifting belts) helps make training more enjoyable. Our coaches will always be more than happy to discuss what gear is worth the investment based on your individual goals.
Small group training classes are limited to four people per class. This allows four individuals to work through their own unique training programs under the guidance and supervision of a coach. Small group training combines the knowledge and guidance you’ll receive from 1-on-1 training with the energy and motivation that comes from being in a group setting.
This is entirely dependent on your individual goals. Our facility is outfitted to allow for a variety of exercises that can promote weight loss, strength, or general conditioning. Our training programs may include barbell, kettlebell or body-weight exercises in conjunction with any necessary cardio.
